focus on good posture and diaphragmatic breathing, try to walk fast as possible then dial it dow 20% and walk away your lard and lack of scardiovascular shape - will keep u busy

i did it 7 times past winter - walk like that for 40 minutes - that's where i got my noob gains on gastrocnemius, that's how i got inspired to get moar of it:
