How do I convince my doctor I'm not about to die of a heart attack at 23? I live in muttmerica so they're going to put me on who knows how many drugs and fry my brain if they have the chance.
I have an appointment next week to review the results, what the fuck do I do?

Mine has always been bad since I was a kid and I never did carnivore, my doc put me on a statin but I took it for 2 months then stopped, statins can fuck up ur muscles and give you some other nasty side effects.

ldl is by far most important, it will go down once you stop eating trans fat (potato chips, french fries, fried foods, and frozen pizza) and foods that have large amounts of saturate fat

triglycerides you can visible see floating on your blood if you pour it into a tube, they're not as important as ldl in general

hdl goes up with exercise and drinking alcohol moderately daily, but it's not as important than ldl

hdl id very genetic. if you have genetically low hdl then LDL is even more important to control, that we know

Generally speaking your results are moderately shit, on long term can be a problem and develope heart disease because low genetic hdl indicates risk factor.. But not alarming bad

you should not. quit carnivore diet it's deadly long term. more vegan based diet and avoid large amounts of trans fats and saturated fat. eat lot os rice, potatos, etc. without FAT, you will lose weight and your lipid profile will be fantastic

I'm 5'6 140lbs (167cm 65kg) so i'm not that fat around 15% bf, most of my diet is pretty low fat I mostly eat chicken/eggs/rice/sweet potatos/broccoli but ofc sometimes I'll have a few free meals on the weekend with like bread and milk.
What else can I do to try and lower my cholesterol thru diet alone? I guess I could drop down to 10% bf and see if it helps.
