I want to get as close as possible to the build on the right in the next 100 days. Of course it will continue to be a long game but I just want to know your thoughts if I'm on the right track.

I'm 5'11 (180cm), 202lbs (92kg) and have 25% body fat. My TDEE is around 2200 calories, and about 2800-2900 on the days that I work out. I also do cardio after my hypertrophy routine and walk to the gym + back home.

I eat about 1700 calories, with 150g+ protein, medium fat, low-medium carbs

I got a custom workout plan from natural hypertrophy, he based it on my goal physique and weak points of my body and gave me the routine I will post below

How come? I just started so I'm open to learning / changing. It's just that I get bloated / sleepy from carb sources like pasta and bread. sourdough bread can be ok, rice also. vegetables and fruit work better for me. I heard potatoes are also good and less bad than other carbs

your body doesn't use fat as much as carbs when you're working out, so that shit will be stored rather than used. Also looks like you want to go a long way in a short time, if you don't have joint problems two-a-days might be in the cards

And I don't have joint problems but by two-a-days do you mean two strength sessions in a single day? So I would choose and combine two of the workout days? How does that work

You get sleepy from carbs because your body is not very good at at funneling carbs into your muscles, thats slight or advanced insulin resistance caused by too much fat

The solution is to get better at utilizing carbs rather than reducing them, lower fat in your food
Fruits are great for getting better carb adaptation cause you dont eat them together with fat

I know and I'm not trying to dismiss anything, I'm aware that it will take more time, it's just a goal I set to dedicate myself to and see how far I can get in that short frame of time. Whether it takes 90 days or 2 years, I just wanted input on if I'm on the right track or what I can do better, especially from the workout routine

You program is shit btw, just do Starting Strength or Stronglifts + cardio on off days and try to target a 1000 calorie deficit with high protein intake.

you are not getting it in 100 days. more like 150 if you are training consistently and dieting like a motherfucker.

you need to get to at least 10% body fat and have a light lifting routine (lifting super hard will only take all your energy away and make you crash) then when you get to like 150 or 140 depending on how you look then you gotta do another 2 months of bulking then i'll look good.

so that's like 210 days, buddy. lock in or just try super hard, fail then REEEE like you probably will.

also i can't tell what weight that guy is but judging by his biceps i bet that guy's been working out for 2 years at least so if you want to look EXACTLY like him you'll need to set aside 2 years.

Anyone who ever achieved anything while natty on this board started with SS or Stronglifts, because at the core is linear progression. The only problem is only when they do it wrong by following the SS + GOMAD meme or not supplementing with chinups or arms (all squats and no arms = TRex mode). 90% of people here are dyels because they don't actually lift or do brosplits with no progression.
