I want to get as close as possible to the build on the right in the next 100 days. Of course it will continue to be a long game but I just want to know your thoughts if I'm on the right track.
I'm 5'11 (180cm), 202lbs (92kg) and have 25% body fat. My TDEE is around 2200 calories, and about 2800-2900 on the days that I work out. I also do cardio after my hypertrophy routine and walk to the gym + back home.
I eat about 1700 calories, with 150g+ protein, medium fat, low-medium carbs
I got a custom workout plan from natural hypertrophy, he based it on my goal physique and weak points of my body and gave me the routine I will post below
