Iโ€™m old, I was ripped back when Zyzz was still a skinny nerd. Here is some advice for those who are smart enough to understand, if you bulk or care about strength you will look like shit, especially as a natty. Being aesthetic is literally all that matters, not even competing in strength or bodybuilding is worth not being aesthetic since the money is shit and adults look at you as a joke.

You donโ€™t need to bulk, just eat high protein around maintenance, go to the gym casually and do your cardio, youโ€™ll look good and have natural proportions. If you want to get muscular just roid, trying to gain considerable muscle as a natty just makes you look goofy proportion wise without ever getting to impressive.
If I could turn back time I wouldnโ€™t waste so much of my youth at the gym, tracking my food or caring about my lifts. I would do the bare minimum to look good and just live life.

If you can't put on muscle without getting to 25% bf you can't put on significant muscle naturally period, the 1-2kg more muscle you put on by stuffing yourself like a pig while fucking up your hormones won't make a difference and you'll lose half of it on your 6 month long cut. I don't know what sm is and obviously you need to be in a surplus to gain muscle. What I see people doing is stuffing their face, hitting 25%+ bf while being delusional and overconfident that they are somehow 23+ ffmi 18% bodyfat max. They look like shit and they're clearly not happy. You know how I bulk? I just eat normally. Some days I'm probably below maintenance, some above, it literally doesn't matter, if you are a not a mentally ill person with an eating disorder you'll slowly put on weight without counting calories and then you can cut down to like 11-12% in 2 months and go back to eating normally.

He's so autistic about it that he believe he is natty. You don't have to get fat to put on muscle too. A surplus bigger than 500 calories is just retarded. Remember the point is to get stronger, more jacked and fitter in general. A lot of guys seem to lose sight of that and think the goal is to get fat, so they eat pizza and McDonald's, stop doing cardio and don't even really try to progressively overload. Then they get fat and out of shape and then they post here and say bulking doesn't work

Just up your food by 200-300 calories and train extra hard - no skipping workouts, no cutting workouts short and no skipping that one exercise you dont like. You might barely notice any weight gain, like only 5lbs or some shit in a few months, but youll see all your lifts going up and your muscles really popping and looking fuller. You "bulk" but do it sensibly. You're not trying to stuff your face but to just eat a bit more than you are already
