As a skinny guy who eats 2 times a day, should I still go to the gym? Or is it gonna make me lose even more weight? I can't eat more.
Do a couple sets of sit ups and push ups in your own home every 1-2 days. Eat more than 100g a protein a day. If that sticks, get yourself some dumbbells.
Eating all your protein in 2 meals isn't ideal because if you eat more than 40g in a 3 hour a period the contribution of the additional protein towards muscle growth is very minimal beyond that point. Best to have a protein shake as well.
