Peanut butter and whole wheat sandwich with ~1.5" pb, a quest protein bar, large glass of whole milk
2 large bowls of angel hair pasta with ground turkey and marinara sauce and a large glass of whole milk

I made 75g of lentil, 100g of ramen noodle, and 100g of pork into a slop food with sauce made with 500mL of coconut milk, 15g of chicken broth powder, 15g of garam masala, 20g of sambar spice, and 20g of tandoori masala because foreign spice mixes are cheap as fuck in leaftown and I like em. I thickened the sauce with 50g of pea flour. 2nd meal of the day, first was 200g baked potato and 100g oats. I have a protein shake before bed after my workout.

today is penance for the liberties i took yesterday. i let myself have nearly all the carbs i wanted and filled up my muscles with glycerine or whatever you call it. had mac and cheese, big turkey burger, and nearly 500 calories of slim jim snack stick slop. felt good.

today, instead, i had a little shredded wheat with whole milk for breakfast, potatoes and salmon for lunch, and dinner will be plain ground turkey. so boring. no real carbs or sugars but my body will thank me tomorrow and it all tastes good and won't leave me feeling too hungry.

bought some cinnamon toast crunch cereal to torture myself with. i will stare longingly at it each day and only allow myself to eat it on special occasions. i finally have the self-control not to just eat all of it the first day.
