Just moved out of my parents house for the first time and holy shit, eating food that’s cheap and healthy is so fucking easy how do fat people say it’s hard?

It is if you cook it yourself and buy stuff on sale. Like a whole dinner of salmon, veggies from Costco and brown rice is like a few bucks. Eat out and you’re paying. 20-30 bucks usually for one lunch.

>how do fat people
It's always cope. I watched a fat friend make himself a "bowl of cereal" because he was "on a diet". Dude poured like a whole box of cereal into a giant salad bowl, then poured fucking CREAM over it instead of regular milk. Same friend complained about "diets don't work".
They're just delusional about how many calories they actually consume and cannot identify actual healthy food or normal portions.

It's not hard. You know what's hard? Trying to be healthy and fit when living with your parents/girlfriend or having family of your own. Normalfags will never bother with counting calories, counting macros or even at the very least buying healthy non-processed shit. Being fit and healthy is a privilege of single men.

It takes time and effort to prepare it. Many people work long hours in jobs they don't like and have little energy to cook.

Based. Yeah it's remarkable how cheap it is to eat healthy. I mainly eat chicken, beef, eggs, dairy, rice, bananas and shit and veggies. And my weekly food shop only comes to like £40 - £50

A lot of people seem to have a child's idea of what healthy eating is, and think healthy eating means having a pack of strawberries a day (which actually would be expensive, like £2.50 a pack in most shops). I used that example because I have had multiple people claim healthy eating is expensive because of that. So it's apparently cheaper to buy junk food instead

But in reality, nobody likes to admit that they fucked up and got fat through their own fault. It's easier to blame cost of living and healthy eating being expensive.

Just learn to cook, you fucking losers. You can make tons of delicious dishes that take at most 30 mins to cook.

Pure laziness. If it's not ready to eat or microwaveable then they won't buy it. Mixing a pre made salad is to much work for these fat lazy fucks

Add lentils and/or beans and you're god tier. Lentils mixed into different meat stews in particular is like a cheat code to nutrition.
