Work out twice a week, not three times a week. First two sets are the heaviest you can do a 5 rep max on, if you can do more than that, don't, just do 5 reps then wait 60 seconds, do another set of 5 reps. Now do 5 sets of 20 reps, 60 second break between each.

I got this advice from a friend, he's really huge so I believe him but what do you guys think?

masturbate into a petri dish and put 5 mg of anabol in the same dish and put it into a sterilized chamber. wait 16 hours then flash freeze the sample then blend it into your protein shake

>Friday
>Only 2 rest days

So the intensity for which you can train differs in both.

You could do monday - thursday and then get a lot of rest days, but what's better than 3x per week is to train either train -3 rest days and repeat or 2 rest days repeat. keep every rest period the same.
