I already do the compounds with free weights, i'm allowed to do isolations on machines. It's not that i half-assed the entire workout, the most important shit is already done correctly.

cant really optimize machine use unless u've learned all the basics of mechanics through free weight first. the pros who only use machines now have spent their earlier years doing free weights. only bitch noobs who dont know shit would post something like this.

Just work up to intermediate sttength numbers and choose some other performance based goals. Grinding 6 months of the same repetitive task to put 20 lbs on a lift, or put half an inch on your arms, is absurd and boring.

Being the strongest guy at the boxing gym though..
