There is amongst loads of shit, just like any other site. I learnt lots about lifting here and was led to some very good sources of info. People will argue and slice through bullshit quickly though, instead of pussy footing around to avoid downvotes or other stuff.

Jannys don't stalk anyone. That hack was hilarious, it was mostly normal-esque guys, some with good working history and wives, and the incels online desperately tried to find anything pinning them as government workers or creepy weirdos.

It isn't worth it, i made that mistake and it stall my progress for 2 years, instantly increase my bench and weighted pull up pr byt 20% when my normie friend quit the gym
