I have no addictions other than caffeine and nicotine. I would like to quit caffeine though as Iโ€™m realizing itโ€™s jewish in its methodology

You just gotta put yourself first. Alcohol and fast food betray all of your other fitness and health efforts. You need to focus on your goals and anytime you have an intrusive thought about fast food or alcohol shift your focus to your goals and why these actions do not align with your beliefs and efforts.
