Did some HEAVY squats today (70kg x 5). I am properly and utterly SPENT. Might even treat myself to some Ben&Jerry's after that beast of a set
You deserve it anon! Next time try 72.5kg x 5, or maybe 70kg x 6. Always strive for a little bit more.
