Regrettably, I am unemployed at the moment. I don’t even do full workouts, just several sub max sets throughout the day whenever the urge hits me. The key is always leaving 2 to 3 reps in the tank.
I just do body weight sets throughout the day.
I aim for 3+ and chug protein powder shakes all day

id pay 500 dollars an hour to use your body as a shot glass to do liqour shots off of for 4 hours (2 shots an hour)
