Name a better appetite suppressant that's legal and healthy.

I was an idiot for avoiding this wonderful bean for so long.

I only wish it wouldn't stain teeth. I tried green tea but the effects are not comparable.

I like it. Doesn't work as appetite suppressant for me, doesn't even give me any energy boost, but I drink it anyway. Tastes good and has no calories
>inb4 ackschually it has 1 calorie in 100g

I wonder why it doesn't work for some people. I go from hungry to not caring about food in a few sips. Saves my ass while fasting.

Based black coffee enjoyer. I used to drink 7 cups a day, now I'm down to only 3. Started drinking green tea too, had to make some room for it.

>dry fast
>I'm going to drink liquids
>A dry fast is a type of fast where individuals abstain from both food and all liquids, including water, for a set period. It's a stricter form of fasting than water fasting, where only food intake is restricted

If you don't eat garbage, you don't have to suppress your appetite. And if you don't have to suppress your appetite, you don't need an appetite suppressant.

Do better

This probably isn't the healthiest but Bronkaid (the cold medicine) is probably the most killer appetite suppressant you can legally buy.

Another, more healthy recommendation is Garcinia Cambogia.

For real though how do you tolerate black coffee? Use a French press? Anytime I drink it black itโ€™s so nasty.

starting to think I just don't like coffee
is black coffee really any different from an americano?

the only way probably , its really hard to come to espressos because you become really snob and cant handle the lightness/flavour of most shops around you .... no offense you are in USA I know its not a thing over there

Something I started doing is mixing about 1tsp of salt into a little bit of warm water and down that as a shot. For some reason it quells a good bit of my appetite, though it occasionally gives me like instant shits, so take the good with the bad I guess.
But Bronkaid is based

French Press, yeah.

Also, the "roast" matters a little. Lighter roasts will taste different than darker ones. You'll figure out what you like.

It's similar to wine:
Large gap between middle stuff and cheap stuff.
Far smaller gap between expensive and middle.

I really like sun tea, Earl Gray and White. Bought my Dad some Lapsang souchong a bit ago because he digs tea and whiskey. I enjoyed it but not an every day thing.
