I'm eating 200 kcal below maintenance, usually I burn 800+ kcal on lift day and on """rest day""" I burn about 600. Whenever I get cravings so strong that I genuinely can't resist them, I eat no more that whatever calories I burned that day, so I'm still under the maintenance so everything's good
