How do you deal with workout fatigue? Not the physical exhaustion after exercising, but the mental burnout from the repetitive routine? The constant pressure to hit the gym, push your body, and chase an ideal physique that borders on body dysmorphia..it gets exhausting... On top of that, studies suggest that intense workouts can raise testosterone levels, which might actually accelerate hair thinning or baldness. It’s all starting to feel like a lose-lose situation.

Literally just do stuff that's fun, and then supplement that routine with necessary less fun stuff.
Don't live a terrible life. Christ is King.

It’s because you’re bored and training for no reason.
If working out were a means to an ultimate end of being better at something you actually enjoy, you wouldn’t mentally burn out.
>man finds out doing the same boring bullshit of picking it up and putting it back down is boring

I just never get exhausted
I can get "tired" of an exercise after hitting failure and not be able to push anymore but i can just change to dumbbells or hit the same muscle in some other way and keep going for hours. i just never get tired of 2 hours of exercising matter of fact when i'm done i feel rejuvenated and sometimes
Same for cardio
