How to fix them?
Or more importantly why do i have them?
I suspect its because of staring at the screens too much. Im a programmer so i stare at the screen for work. I also stare at my phone for hours every day.
Or is it because i go to sleep too late? I fall asleep usually around midnight or 1 am.

I sleep for like 9-10 hours every day so thats not the issue. I think the issue is i fall asleep too late(12am- 1am)
No screen before bed is a good idea

It's not about how long you sleep, it's about how well you sleep
Only proper REM sleep matters
Cut out the screens, seriously

I’ve had them my whole life. Nothing I’ve tried works. I’ve used ice, hydrowhateverthefuck acid, and skim milk. Ice seems to work best but only for like 20 minutes then they’re back

Try vitamin C, E, coq10, hyaluronic acid, face cream, maybe creatine, vitamin a (carrots). It will boost hydration and collagen. more important cut anything bad like staying up late, bad diet. Jog or sprint occasionally to get blood flowing. There may be some herbal extracts or teas at the store that rejuvenate elastin or help skin.

Shades , designer shades if you really insist but by your post just shades will do...
>Or more importantly why do i have them?
Poor sleep imo... Im not a programming or something like that but I do stare at screen for hours for other reasons ....my guess is good sleep , less screen time , no alcohol drugs... but basically sleep or rest , just stare at your ceiling and do nothing...

I use Avene hyaluron activ b3 triple action eye cream in the morning and Neutrogena retinol boost eye cream in the evening. It's alright, I guess, feels good, no irritation. Don't expect to see the results in a matter of days, it can take the whole container before you see any difference. You might want to ask around on /fa/.

Go outside it is that easy breath the fresh air, fight some bugs, nut check your bros, squeeze a girl's titty, get drunk in the park, fight some homeless, all good fun. All you need to do is go outside into the forest where no one is around. Nothing bad ever happens in the woods. Those scary stories of the deep forest are to keep out faggots leaving only the best boys to enjoy the wonders of the deep forest. Come.

If they’re not allergies, sleep deprivation, or sleep apnea, they’re probably a sign of disease, facial deformity, or genetics.

I love how /fit/ stayed the same over the past 15 years. Back then, the stuff posted here was semi-revolutionary, compared to the rest of the internet. Nowadays, the world has moved on and fast, while /fit/, its just a handful of same old, cope-related posts about useless supps and mild banter. OP, the problem you have is related to aging. Genes play a role in this, but to try and actually fix the problem, you need to do fat grafts. You need to fill out the space there thats been growing because of you getting older. Additionally, you need to plant there some tissue that is yours, that will provide some additional bloodstream to your skin, that is getting saggy and thin. As a cheaper alternative you could go for hydroxyapatite or hyaluronic acid fillers, and start doing retinols with dermarolling. For the love of god, dont waste $ on tens of useless supps, that are most likely filled with sawdust. People ITT are fucking retards (so is the rest of /fit/, apart from fraud and other generals)

doesnt matter. I see hundreds of programmers everyday, and they have a regular variance like the rest of the population. What's important, is that your skin for whatever reason got thinner, and your bones and tissues of your face got thinner as well. People differ enough so that at 30 some may or may not exhibit visible signs of aging. But we all age, and some beauty salons deal with the heavy lifting jobs of augmenting your face structure and soft tissue. If you want to get it fixed, you have to find such a salon, that is not overly expensive, yet safe enough. Otherwise you will just keep having this look. No supplement or lifestyle change will fix it.

thats a solution as well. It all comes down to personal resolution. Personally I got interested with the topic, and since then Ive realized that some things cant be solved with "just lift", especially once you hit 30. Im 34 for reference

not trying to doompill you brother, but i've fixed my sleep, fixed my diet, and the bags under my eyes (just pigmentation) never go away. i'm 35. i suspect it's salt intake and meat intake, but i'm not going to experiment with veganism to make it go away. either that or i have undiagnosed sleep apnea, but this is unlikely since my phone doesn't detect any sounds when i sleep (it does detect coughing if i'm sick, or if i am drunk and sleeping - so i know it works)

If you have bags under your eyes you have semi-serious chemical depression. The only way to get rid of them is to suffer through the withdrawals or find an appropriately exciting thing to do to replace what you'd get from doom-scrolling and shitposting (impossible)
