>>76322574I'd focus on sleep. I'm an oldfag and it took me many years to realize that sleep is really important. It affects everything. I feel 100% better if I go to bed at a reasonable hour, and if I do things to maximize my sleep. I also used to struggle with falling asleep, waking up often, etc. Now this is what i do:
- relax before bed. Maybe take a hot shower, read a book. Try to stay away from electronics.
- sleep with red lamp (it's one of those salt lamps) so the room is very dim but with a red glow. I don't like sleeping in completely dark rooms since I have animals and want to be able to see when I open my eyes. The red lamp makes it like a photo dark room.
- white nose machine. I bought picrel years ago and it's like magic. I recommend this over your phone since it won't emit light.
- no phone. This is really hard. You can still have it near if you use it for an alarm but do not scroll in bed till you fall asleep. Turn the screen off and set it away from you.
