Decline bench is the most suicidal of the bench variants. Please tell me you also suicide grip while doing decline bench. And that you do it alone, late at night, in a 24-hour gym, with no safeties in sight, at least sometimes. Please.

Wasn't that heavy like 50lbs dumbbells but getting it in place when you're sitting on a decline bench can be a pain
