Grape seed oil with ghost peppers, Reflex creapure, glucosamine, collagen, ashwagandha and vitamins. I have Gold Standard's whey as well, just in case but I rarely have to use it.

its highly inflammatory. when i have an cancer ulcer in mouth i megadose it and what takes 3 weeks to heal usually heals in 1 week. when i have a sunburn i take it.
my mother had a rheumatic inflammatory condition and needed cortisone. she switched to curcumin. she swears by it and says it even decrases joint pain in her thumb.

i recommend trying it.
