Post some unusual fitness interventions that are on the line between science fiction and shit Drago would use if he were training to fight Rocky today.

>Most of us know myostatin inhibitors are in clinical trials, but fuck up tendons. TENS/EMS and Kaatsu are old news, yet indeed do shit. Bryan Johnson has recently discovered HBOT... but not EWOT? You get the idea...

I remember the study about strapping portable AC units to the wrists and ankles of athletes and having them instantly get like 5x gains in strength-cardio (shit like pull-ups), but I haven't seen anything come from it in like 10 years

It actually did, there are the "ice gloves" and "ice wraps" that some pro athlete coaches have them use. It does actually work, altho its quite expensive and an annoyance.

Any anons heard of BPC-157? Not sure if there are side effects but supposedly it increases healing in tendon tissues, by increasing growth hormone receptor in the cells.
Interested if any of you have experience, dealing with golf elbow on the left arm and right rhomboid pain.. considering ordering some to try and heal faster. Currently doing a pussy ass recovery routine and it's killing me that I can't lift heavy

injected it along with other sketchy research peptides into a partial LCL tear over a decade ago. healed up fine and no osteosarcomas or anything, but hey N=1 LOL.
