What is the redpill on eggs? How many should I eat? I have chickens and I'm now getting ducks. Currently I eat 3-4 a day.

While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human bloodstream.

on average I've had 6-7 eggs every day and so far I've been ok
the more you have the better I guess, don't forget to check your kidneys once in a while tho because if you have any conditions then a high protein diet might make things worse

The entire cholesterol thing is based on shit and then the next study has a sample set of 14 people and then the decision reverses.

get a blood test. If it is good, eat more eggs.

> food has cholesterol in it
> you eat it
> somehow the cholesterol doesn't act in the way that dietary cholesterol has been proven to work for every other food

Please make it make sense, because it feels like a pathetic cope

6 eggs is like 30g of protein isn't? It's not the 1g if protein per lbs of weight some people are on here.

I eat eggs reactively. No prescribed amount. Just if I have what feels like a low test day I'll have Cantonese/Hong Kong style scrambled eggs. I usually go through a dozen eggs once a month.

Are ducks much harder than chickens? Everyone talks about them spraying shit but my chickens aren't exactly clean either.

I wouldn't say they're harder. Only downsides are you need to give them somewhere to wash themselves, a kiddy pool works, and they don't eat all your scraps. They do lay eggs in winter where as chickens don't though. I would choose chickens because they eat my scraps, but ducks because eggs all year.
