At just over half of the year. I am

>Squatting 285lb × 3
>Pullups with 10lb × 3

I am 5'6 215lb, what is possible for me by the end of the year?

It's probably cause I've been doing calisthenics since I was 12. Didn't start lifting till I was 16. I kinda have a complicated history with lifting though. I've only been back in the gym seriously since January 2024. Lmk if you want thr details of my routine and history. I only lift once a week.

This is me January 2024. I had decent forearms cause I did lots of pullups and grip work, but everything else was lacking.
