>>76325624It's probably cause I've been doing calisthenics since I was 12. Didn't start lifting till I was 16. I kinda have a complicated history with lifting though. I've only been back in the gym seriously since January 2024. Lmk if you want thr details of my routine and history. I only lift once a week.
