Only gym I've been to that had a sauna was 24 hours. Sauna entrance was by the pool so to go naked you would have to exit the locker room, pass by the indoor swimming pool, walk past adjacent untinted windows exposed to the weights area, and by the sauna entrance was the hot tub and steam room. sometimes at the gym I dump out one of the big 55 gallon trash cans and take it in the locker room. my gym has one of these ice machines in it by the water fountains and I'll fucking use 75% of the total ice in the machine.
