Thank you! Happy Canada Day to you as well. I don't blame you for taking the rest today. It certainly was busy in there.

It was hard.
I had to sacrifice literal lifting.

2 months into lifting and I started with barely any muscle in my arms and shoulders. Most of my progress has been adding volume cos adding more plates to the barbell/dumbbell is a stretch too far right now
>Bench 22kg 5x10
>Dumbbell squats 10kg 3x10
>Dumbbell shoulder press 10kg 3x10
>Calf raises w/dumbbell 10kg 3x10
>Incline chest flyes 10kg 3x10
>Leg extentions 30kg 3x10
>Tricep extentions 5kg 3x10
>Lat raises 10kg 2x10

Didnt lift on canada day but today was arms.
Warmup
>1x20 lateral raises, 1x20 front raises, 10 lbs (do this at the beginning of every workout and on shoulder/chest day I use heavier weight)
>2 x 12 hammer curls 25lbs
>2x8 zottman curls 25 lbs
Main set (all bicep curls, alternating hands, 1:30 rest
>1x6 45 lbs
>1x11,3x8,1x6 35 lbs
>1x12,2x9 25 lbs
The goal is to get to 3x10 with the 45's before I invest in heavier dumbells but I seem to have sort of plateaued for the time being.
My left arm keeps failing by like the 3rd rep of the 45s whereas my right arm could probably do 8 reps before resorting to swinging.

I love cats! Thanks for the gif.
Really nice workout. Curling 45 is killer. Especially after that warmup. Oof! Good stuff!

Tl;dr economy.
I worked at 3 different businesses that went under over my 20's, always climbing the ladder fast within 2 years to get rug pulled, then pandemic hit.
I don't have a means of course correcting ( in my mind) faster than the military.
I spent 8 months unemployed last year and although I had a great time I didn't make money. I'm happily married, awesome wife, but I can't (at my age) continue to not work 40 hours a week because hours fluctuate. I'm sually above 30 hours but I can't save money on that, just get by. Space force didn't exist when Marines were beating down my door. I figure space force/military would give me 4 years to save and learn a skill set that is not culinary. That's for letting me blog post, glowie anon.
