Do you have health anxiety
I am paranoid every day of getting cancer or getting something completely life ruining like ALS. I am obsessed with "biohacking" because of this.
What are your health fears?

Todays news that makes me paranoid as I have gut irritation/bloating/gas at times:
>>76328518 (OP)i worry that one of these days someone is just going to smash into me head-on when i'm driving. other than that, i don't really ever think about it.
Good news for you, you dont have to worry about biohacking because outside of doing general shit like not being fat, sleeping properly, not drinking, not smoking, eating using common sense, going for daily walks, not getting sunburnt, and getting in a few basic supplements like vitamin d, vitamin c, and vitamin b12.. etc--- after youve got those basics accounted for... there's not much else you can do to help reduce the risk of serious illness... if you still get a serious illness and you're doing those things, you were always going to get it no matter what
>>76328518 (OP)I used to be worried like this until I started lifting and let the T flow through me
>>76328527>Todays news that makes me paranoid as I have gut irritation/bloating/gas at times:What is ur diet like? Do you consume protein powder daily?
Farting isn't a bad sign, farting is your gut working properly. You will have increased farts if you eat certain types of foods.
For example Beans will bloat you and make you fart every single day if you have them every day, and theyre known to prevent cancers of the colon/rectum
>>76328555yes I have whey and dairy often. I'm not lactose intolerant at all. I'm sensitive to FODMAPs, specifically garlic and weird shit like onion powders can fuck me up. Beans in high quantity can make me gassy but it's a different kind of gassy.
I'm currently trying multiple diet modifications to repair my gut lining before I regret it
>>76328518 (OP)There are some people who are unlucky
There are some people who eat slop that fucks them up big time and keep doing it and eventually pay the price
There are mystery meat humans with horrible genetic clashes
>>76328560Diary actually reduces CRC. Milk, Cheese, Whey, etc. That improves colon/stomach health.
>>76328574yeah, because of high L-Glutamine levels right?
I have had absolutely 0 issue with dairy products, where some people get instant cramping, bloating, shitting.
Dont take antibiotics unless its a life & death situation, theres a significant association with cancer risk increasing in people that take them willy nilly
2-3 week food and sleep journal will fix your life.
Track every meal and how you feel afterwards
Track every habit before and after sleep
I pray every night to get an ALS diagnosis. At least then I could qualify for assisted euthanasia and be dead by the end of the week, since I’m too cowardly to kill myself

In terms of increased ALS risk, it worked out as 34 percent, 21 percent, and 26 percent respectively for the three drug types. You can also go down the gyromytrin intoxication rabbit hole... I think most neurodegenrative diseases and cancers have many genetic and environmental causes... but

>>76328518 (OP)Not even trying to be racist here but I have an algorithm on IG showing me people young who have stage 4 cancer and most of them are indeed mystery meat
