Set myself up for a bit of an unrealistic goal of swimming butterfly for 200m from scratch, but will probably do 100m by the end of the year.
Started barely being able to do 25m, now I can do 8x50m (1min breaks inbetween), will be going for 75m next week.
My shoulders were holding me back, but now they have gotten stronger and I have developed some mad vascularity in my chest/shoulders.

Also it's way more about conditioning and technique than strength
