As much as you need to weigh to bench 3pl8 with visible abs. That's the goal at every height.

>How much should a
5'8
guy weigh?
dunno, but half japanese volleyball team is 5'8 :D
>sekita is 5'9 and yamamoto is 5'7
like i said - half the team, and they are almost the best in business for a while now, sekita jumps to block 6'10 monsters and it doesn't really bother them lol
yamamoto is the chadest manlet possible, he's like
>yep, ball is not hitting the floor on my watch

God gave you working muscles and an abundance of food as well as the means to go a squat rack or put one in your house. What else do you want him to do? Force you to bench press and then burp you like a baby?

I'm 5'8 after my first real bulk around 180lbs. My genetics are spooky skeleton tier but I think I can slim down to 165 and bulk up again to 180 and I'll be good.

>>76333443
I started around 120 so I know that feel. I just accepted that eating a lot sucks and I'll feel like shit while bulking. It does get easier as you learn to cook yummy food and make shakes that go down easy, but it'll never get effortless like some people have it.
At least we don't have trouble cutting like fatties do.
