On May 19th, I set a goal to lose 20 pounds by the 4th of July. I am so fucking close. I’ve been tracking everything I eat and weighing in every day. What I’ve found is that I typically lose about a half a pound a day. Any tips/tricks to accelerate the loss these next two days?
