Whenever the topic of weightloss is brought up they all say something like "ohhhh but its so HARDDDD to lose weight because I need to go on a healthy diet!!!!" "its expensive and time consuming toooo!!", what the fuck are they babbling about???

Just eat what you've been eating for the last 2+ decades you've been on this planet you retard, clearly its sufficient enough for you to survive but just eat 500kcal LESS of it and you will lose weight. Why do they pretend like its god damn rocket science???? Like CLEARLY you wouldve already died of scurvy or some shit if your diet was that awful.

Anytime a normalfaggot goes into "muh genetics" and "health at every size" cope, that's when you need to realize you're never going to convince them.
Most of the time they just get mad because they are too fucking lazy to cook food, and think you are personally attacking them. That's why they go into such asshurt fueled cope.

I see normies all the time sabotaging themselves. They're like "I'm going to cut out soda" then drink an equivalent amount of sugar in the form of orange juice instead.

Most people say what they hear, don't think too much about it. Become the comedian, tell them all it takes to he fit is Ring Fit Adventure and YouTube zumba.

Cool you've just learned that most people are NPCs and lack an internal dialogue. Next you will start to notice how it is always the same type of people pulling strings from behind the scenes.

why do you concern yourself with fat normies and get so emotional over their bad habits?

These wrong ideas are so pervasive in society that they affect people I care about. My brother is trying to lose weight. Fat Americans perpetuate these shitty ideas like protein bars being a health food and they're not, they're barely better than candy bars. I don't want to discourage him because he's trying, so I gently suggest including real food, but he thinks this is good enough. It makes me sad and being angry at somebody is easier than being sad so I rage at normies on these threads.

What's more strange is I see normie men gain and lose weight back and forth. They lock-in hard for a few months with mega strict restrictions (i.e. not sharing pizza/beer/burgers with the bros) and then completely let themselves go once the excitement is gone.
I was a chubby teenager but once I lost weight at 21 I never became fat again.

Dont be serious about it. I will literally tell fatties I lost 10lbs by accident because I forgot to eat a few meals for a few weeks but I upped my workout a bit. They will take whatever you say seriously since you are showing unexpected but desired results of these fatties

A lot of this is true, especially in the US where processed food has been designed specifically to be addicting. The "Supersize Me" documentary a couple decades ago where the guy had McDonald's every day for a month started to become depress and lethargic when he wasn't eating but was fine once he ate just a few days in.
