I fixed mine without weight loss by doing cardio. I kept my bodyweight high for powersharting and did two sessions on the stair master per week plus lots of walking. I also do a hot shower and a nasal strip before bed to clear my nose if allergies are getting to me.

dude get a cpap, it's so good i honestly dont know how Ive lived without it. Sometimes I just lie and down, put it on and meditate. I would buy if it was 5 time as expensive.

I have one. It's not going to change your life unless you're so morbidly obese you should just lose weight. If you're not crazy fat and you're still snoring at night, you should probably trim down that belly fat. You need to lose the weight. Cpap will help a little, but it won't fix anything.

Snorlax from the Monday thread here

There's a few different things to try but it may take some testing. Download Snorelab to record yourself through the night and see their effect.

Start losing weight.
Mouth tape to force you to breathe through your nose.
Sleep on your stomach.
You can try the Z-quiet mouthguard thing, but it sucked and didn't work for me.
I seemed to snore less when I was focused on cardio, like running.

i hate using my cpap but i cannot seem to get down from 210 to 195

I had this issue. The main thing was I was fat and in denial about it because I also have muscle.

Lose like 30-40 lbs and youll be okay. You can put some of that oil in your nose to help keep them open but that's temporary.
