Does your waist match your bmi?
My bmi is 22, but my waist is 51% my height (34.5 inches). That means my waist is 4.5 inches bigger than it should be for my BMI. I guess I'm the fabled skinny fat. Because I don't look fat with a shirt on.
24 bmi
29 inches waist
70 inches height
so 0.41 ratio
No idea how to read this chart but I sure am lean.
>>76333108 (OP)Waist measurement is for copers, you pinch the skin on your lower abs and assert this way how much fat you still have left to lose.
Lower abs and glutes are the last place you lose bodyfat as men.
>>76333116Looks like our extra lean according to the chart. Since your bmi is higher on the x axis than your HWR is.
22bmi and 0.42 ratio. Does it match? idk if I measured my height and waist correctly or not tho.

BMI is not great for really tall people especially if you lift
>realize I'm fat
>try to dry fast
>head starts getting a light
>remember my dna test said I'm prone to gallstones so I can't fast long anyway
>want 2 butter garlic texas toasts, but they're frozen together, so I guess I gotta eat 4, all that fat makes me feel a little nauseous, gotta get 2 kiwis to cut the grease with citric acid
>garlic is good for you, might as well get this garlic ramen
>gotta get my protein shake in too
>now I just gotta work out
>never work out

I'm probably right where I need to be. Good, considering I've been restricting cals since the end of Feb.
