the only way to get brain damage is when you go pro or fight bare knuckle

What is the essential training gear for working on the power of your punches? I've only got a punching bag, looking to get wraps and gloves. I saw people training with rubber bands attached to walls, and medicine balls.

Most worthwhile gyms will kick you out if you do unless you're doing/assisting with fight prep

Why walk into a gym without a few months of bagwork at least? You should know the common knowledge shit and not be practicing so improperly youre actually hindering progress have some faith in yourself.

Practice like 2-4 basic combo templates so you have some faster echniques walking in, practice slow at first in the sense of you arent half assing technique but having the cns practice will absolutely help you unless again youre training unproducively.

>i wanna start training now with better quality
Boxing sparring entails taking punches to the head, imagine walking in there with a 4pm bench they wont bully you as much.

anytips for Muay Thai? I know I don't have the stamina but I definetly worry I don't have the 'bone density' or strength to not have them snap due to poor technique or mistakes

Go to a muay thai/mma gym

That's literally the only tip necessary. Any retarded shit you've made up is an excuse.
