My body is pretty toned and a bit mascular. Everything but my wrists are pretty good. Im a sprinter for 7 years now. PB at 11.0 in the 100m so im pretty fit.

Advice for wristlets?

to answer your question, do high rapes decent volume of pronation and suppination exercises for your forearms and wrists, you're a non-lifter (else they would grow over the years by just picking up shit and deadlifting) so you dont need a lot of weight
a 5L bottle/canister with a handle that fits your palm is enough then start adding rapes and weight if you have any
