Love those fruit snacks.. we have them in the office. I eat one like every day along with a bag of chips, trees, chips ahoy, and a chewie bar. The office snacks really fuck up my cut but we eating good

this stuff is good if you're a cyclist and you're riding at a high intensity but I don't think you need that much if you're lifting weights. pros are eating like 90-120 g carbs/hour
