It's always been weaker but but it's usually been able to keep up maybe just 1-2 reps behind but this time I threw in a new exercise this week - outward reverse bicep curl and this shit can barely even make it to 5 while my right arm is fine with the full 10.

I can't believe it was that much weaker what's going on?

Do barbell curl, focusing in eccentric and concentruc overload. Nice and slow. Consider tweaking weight up or down or sideways

usually biceps imbalances come from shoulderblades position during reps, try to focus on them while doing your sets

Just do your left arm first. If you get 5 reps on left, only do 5 reps on right. Eventually your left will catch up to your right

i dont see a problem. i assume you are right dominant so its normal and functional that your right arm is stronger. this the one imbalance thats actually physiological
