It's always been weaker but but it's usually been able to keep up maybe just 1-2 reps behind but this time I threw in a new exercise this week - outward reverse bicep curl and this shit can barely even make it to 5 while my right arm is fine with the full 10.
I can't believe it was that much weaker what's going on?
Do barbell curl, focusing in eccentric and concentruc overload. Nice and slow. Consider tweaking weight up or down or sideways

>>76334244 (OP)i dont see a problem. i assume you are right dominant so its normal and functional that your right arm is stronger. this the one imbalance thats actually physiological
