i reached 1/2/3/4 for 7 reps
but somehow i can't do 25 pushups anymore
when i was an untrained fatty i could
what do i do?
i wanna lose even more weight and get into calisthenics and a little cardio
i want to improve my cardio a little bit, but not too much because it's unhealthy to grow your heart you die faster that's why steroid people die early
i hate running, though
what's a great cardio exercise no running or biking
why is sprinting not a cardio exercise
can't i just sprint 5 sets to failure and then go folk dancing once a week or something

solution to your problem: do pushups. Endurance uses different metabolic pathways than heavy lifts. Rucking is cardio, swimming is cardio. Sprinting is anaerobic, that's why it's not cardio. It can make you more efficient at cardio and get you able to run faster.

I've lost weight and gained strength i was fat before i started my journey
i went from 150kg fatty to 80kg in 2 years
i never bulked, only cut and got stronger and stronger but i can't do pushups for a reason
i could also do a lot of bodyweight squats, now i can't
it feels like maybe whatever you train is whatever you're good at
