I going to get my thyroid checked but if that result comes back clean I really don't know what to do any more. My body refuses to gain weight. So is it even useful to keep going to the gym? Because my progress seems to stagnate as well.
>>76335271 (OP)calorie counting is for 40y old women
eat past disgust to bulk, stay hungry to cut
>>76335285Oh fuck you, at the very least tell me what to eat more of.
>>76335271 (OP)If you are truly weighing and counting every calorie (which respectfully I'm skeptical of) then you are an extreme outlier or doing a fuck ton of cardio or both.
15lbs in three months honestly isn't bad. Since you know it's possible to gain weight you just gotta eat like 4300 calories to break into the next weight range. eating into 4000 calories is crazy so I understand that's a tall thing to ask of you since I've never needed to go past 3500 calories but if that's what it takes to gain weight then that's what it takes
>>76335271 (OP)GOMAD. if you dont gain weight on that I give you permission to kys. and look up how to do it right so you dont shit your guts out
>>76335287Fat, retard, fat. Eat eggs, drink milk, eat fatty meats.
>>76335271 (OP)Keep your food intake the same as it is now, and drink whole milk. I would aim for 2 or 3 large glasses per day to start. You will gain weight.
>>76335341Do you know of any cheap and healthy things to eat aside from nuts? (I eat about 125 grams of peanuts everyday as well as 4 peanut butter sandwiches every lunch.)
>>76335359I mean how cheap are we talking and is it possible for you to buy things in bulk?
Also peanut butter sandwiches and that much peanut in general is gonna feel filling af since peanuts are high in fat which is gonna make eating more harder
>>76335390Let's say the bag of peanuts are about $1.69 for a 1lb bag. That's what I consider cheap. And yes, I can definitely buy in bulk.

unironically try a dose of picrel. something like 30%+ of people in each first world country have a parasite infection but it's never discussed. cures you if you do, harmless if you don't. $7 from tractor supply co
>Ivermectin swiftly became the drug of choice for the treatment of Onchocerciasis due to its unique and potent microfilaricidal effects, the absence of severe side effects and its excellent safety
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3043740/
>overall, ivermectin is safe and well-tolerated. No significant difference in adverse event reporting was found across all subgroups in single and multi-day treatment regimens for the studies analysed.
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8644070/
>After more than 25 years of use, ivermectin continues to provide a high margin of safety for a growing number of indications based on its anti-parasitic and anti-inflammatory activities.

>Ivermectin was generally well tolerated, with no indication of associated CNS toxicity for doses up to 10 times the highest FDA-approved dose of 200 microg/kg. All dose regimens had a mydriatic effect similar to placebo. Adverse experiences were similar between ivermectin and placebo and did not increase with dose.

Is ivermectin different?
>>76335271 (OP)>daily calorie intake is 4000 caloriesaka you think it's 4000 calories but you don't weigh any of your servings and don't eat this every day.
