as a skinnyfat guy currently my biggest aspiration is to look good in a button up shirt. it's always too tight at my stomach or too loose in the arms/chest/shoulders. no size really fits. every time i see super swole dudes i feel like they probably have a similar issue but backwards, too tight up top and too loose at the bottom. how do you style a dorito body? for this reason i think being slim and shredded is better. dude on the right probably just looks good in everything by default.

Both are not obese do I'd rather be the strongest. Left looks like the strongest. But I have crashed testosterone production (not through roids, just bad genetics), think almost woman level free testosterone levels, so I can't put on muscle even though I'm busting my ass in the gym. So for me I prefer right to have some muscle definition at 12% bf and to be able to look myself in the mirror and see some post workout muscle pump and striations on my dyel physique. Lack of testosterone is a real buzz killer but at 12% bf I'm for the first time in my life happy with my physique even though it's pretty shit for the hours I workout.

Russian Chad with functional strength on the left looks amazing. But I have a very small frame so I'll never look like that or be tough like that. So the body on the right is more realistic for me (I'm straight but look like a fag/twink).
