i injured mine 3-4 months ago and it's still bad. at one point, it radiated all the way to neck. still feel it in shoulder and forearm. had to modify all my chest pressing exercises as i can only press things vertically. growing chest is harder than ever.

it IS safer, if only because there's no danger of weights falling on your feet and breaking them.

That's not a big deal. Wrist pain is one of the few things you can just ignore, take some aspirin and work through it and it won't get more fucked up. And day you'll just wake up and notice it's gone.

Fucking hell, really?
Also doing dips or other exercises?
My pain is worst when I wake up and obviously when I out stress on it.
I do to lift my normal routine today, but with super light weights, like 5kg curls, OHP, normal push ups, just to get the blood flowing.
I heard SOME pain is okay and doesn't hinder regeberation, but idk.
Visiting a doctor takes like 3 months in my dogshit country before I see him and get treatment, so I don't even know what it is, I can only assume and hope.

instead of reg dips, i do machine dips now. the gym i go to has the hoist roc-it dip machine. it's a shitty machine but it allows for wide grip, which has lessened pain for me. today is my chest day, but below my thumb hurts like shit, so i will have to see if i can use chest press machines. planning on maxing out on cable press/fly combo and pec dec fly aside from dips. the worst thing about my injury is that i can not use use any solid bar for triceps push down, which is hindering my tricep growth. if you are certain about your injury, there is no point in seeing a doctor unless a specialist (even a specialist can't offer much other than surgery and form correction). they will just prescribe pain meds or steroid shots to mask the pain.

What the fuck is a radial side? Is it like a vector pointing from the center of the arm towards the rim?

I didn't know how else to call it
On my left hand, looking at it from the top with the back of my hand facing me: the left side of my wrist.
