rather than going for some alternative diet, calories in/ out is pretty standard for athletes cutting weight.

You should just look up the vitamins on your bottle and find the organic substitute to foot into your balances diet
Sweet potatoes have Vit A
Meats have Vit B
Fruits have C
The sun gives you vit D to help convert cholesterol (missing step of carnivore that isn't talked about) ect
