>>76337800 (OP)I was pretty active up to my late teen years, then I became sedentary when I had to get a full time job and go to college in the evening.
After graduating, I got into a cycle of "work more to get more money", working from 9a.m. to 10 p.m. every fucking day.
In total, I was sedentary for almost a decade, hated every moment of it but didn't have enough drive to exercise within the very little free time I had.
Last year I had the opportunity to change into a career with regular work hours (8 to 6, work from home most days so no time wasted commuting) and finally had the time to hit the gym.
It should come as no surprise that every facet of my life got better from it, I am NEVER letting myself be sedentary again.
Pic related, my face when getting home in my previous line of work
