Don’t be a calorie counter in your birthday. Count them sure but don’t limit yourself. Limit the day before or the day after.
It’s very easy to “build up” to a big day like before thanksgiving day I will eat half my daily intake two days before and fast the whole day one day before, or I’ll lift heavy the day of so most of the calories go into muscle instead of fat (I don’t know if that’s how it actually works but it works for me)
