Its ironic that Brad Pitt will be complaining to his dickhead friends at the bar that all of his kids turned out to be faeries and weirdos but he doesnt realise its because he wasnt a non-present dad that probably caused more damage to his kids than if he wasnt in the picture at all
Narcissistic dads will see their kids as competition and because of this they work to actively sabotage their kids.
They dont want their kids having opinions of their own (because that means they can challenge his ego),
they dont want kids having dreams (because that means they might become more talented than him in something)
They dont want kids making money (because that means they might become independent)
They dont want kids doing anything (to make sure they are percieved as inferior to brad pitt at all times)
So he will go home, drink, bully his kids, soak up the atmosphere where his kids are all submissive and unwilling to say anything that goes against his worldview. He loves it at the time because it makes him feel powerful but they inevitably grow up to be unsure of themselves, mentally ill and weird and then he will loudly proclaim to his bar friends that his mum fucked them all up
Unable to recognise or acknowledge he bullied his kids into loserdom
