You seriously expect any permanent weight change, that isn't explained by daily fluctuations, after a week of working out?

You’re supposed to diet too. Weight loss is 80% diet 20% gym. The gym is the fun part.

You ate more than you think, and or youre retaining more water due to starting to work out. Its not magic, in any case you need to try longer than a week to see real results either positive or negative

BMR fluctuates, very hard to get an exact figure based on some shitty metrics
hard to get exact with calorie tracking apps
your real BMR could be closer to 1900 and you might actually be consuming closer to 2100
better to take your estimated BMR and eat like 800 cals below, then you know for sure you're in the weightloss zone

Im doing my weight checks at morning when im dried up completely it shouldn't matter that much but with that high carb it's probably overkill i should start probably trying to mix and make normal diet.

I would say try for another week and if you don’t notice any change you might need to invest in a food scale and weigh out your food to help count calories

When you weight train and consume more carbs water is bound to stored glycogen in the muscle so you wont piss it out by the morning. If you really are doing things correctly you will see the results just stay the course and be patient

Yeah, try to focus on your weight trend over time instead of a daily weigh in, that shit can bounce all over the place from day to day. Good luck
