You think I can just continue lifting if I greatly reduce my weight?
For example, used to curl and OHP with 14kg. If I go down to 5kg, I'm good?
Or do chin ups instead of pull ups?
My biggest issue are the wrists, those genuinely hurt nonstop right now.
Least issue is the lower back (surprisingly, I read a lot of anons herr hate it), can't do squats but whatever

Have you tried supplements? Collagen type 2, lysine and vitamin c taken together healed my fucked up shoulders. Also incorporate beef broth in my dinner
