I finally learned my lesson. If I really want to put a bunch of food in myself, I'd rather eat a kilogram of strawberries than a kilogram of chocolate. 330 kcal vs like 6000. Fruit are THE cheat code against cravings on cut.

Protein has no calories unless you're in ketosis, and ketones can't store as fat. Protein can never store as fat. Why am I the one that had to break this revelation to fatties? You're seriously still using the CICO model from the 1960s?

I go full contrarian and value food by it's nutritional density. I haven't had to cut and it looks like I might reach my goals without ever having to but I would go even denser with it, all protein no carbs.
