I finally learned my lesson. If I really want to put a bunch of food in myself, I'd rather eat a kilogram of strawberries than a kilogram of chocolate. 330 kcal vs like 6000. Fruit are THE cheat code against cravings on cut.

I go full contrarian and value food by it's nutritional density. I haven't had to cut and it looks like I might reach my goals without ever having to but I would go even denser with it, all protein no carbs.
