that's 20kg, so pick up two 5kg dumbbells and press that

If you can't lift the fucking bar up, you actually can't ohp 20kg.

what do you mean?? I can though. I can actually go up to 26kg (4x 5kg, 2x 3kg).
but like any above that I just can't curl up the barbell to the position. or do you mean I can't correctly and efficiently lift 20kg for reps?

for whatever it's worth. I don't have a rack. I have to do everything zercher style (from the ground up)

Weight? Start slow and low Anon, even if You have to start from very watered-down, woman-like exercises.

Make an actual plan and stick to it. Try to add more reps/weights/time every week.
You are eating at your maintenance or more?
As for pull ups, do some rows, negative pull ups and use that pull up machine, greasing the groove once you can actually do some pull ups is also great.

I'll try. I uhh... cant afford gym and at best can only row with barbell/dumbbell and dead hang (maybe I can do negative pull up when Im stronger).
does it strengthen me if I grease the groove with OHP? I'm thinking of doing 15-20 at a doable weight every two hour or so

Do you have some backpack? You can load it up with some stuff and just row using it. Dead hangs are also good, do them.
As for OHP, I have no clue because I'm calisthenicfag for now.

this year I went from not being able to do 1 single pull up, to doing 6. it's not much but it's doable. I just do like 10 a day everyday or something like that. I rest when my elbow hurts.

I also have poor genetics and couldn’t do that either when I started but for what it’s worth I now OHP 150 and weigh 125 (ultra manlet with thin bones and narrow frame). I did use a rack though. First time I did a regular bench with the bar some guy had to lift it off me. Another time when I tried to bench 100 for 3x5 a girl had to lift it off me. I can bench around 200 now which isn’t much for how long I’ve been lifting but it’s an alright ratio for my body weight at least and im gonna gain more weight now that I’ve escaped skinny fat hell

It's just rowing but instead of using a bar you just load up backpack with a lot of weight and use it.
