Hitting an exact 200 calorie surplus is difficult. You will likely bounce between caloric deficit and surplus. That's why a 500 calorie surplus is recommended as it has enough margin that if you accidentally undershoot it, you'll still probably be in a surplus.

I also don't track my calories, because I've been doing this a while. But I also know I don't exactly know how many calories I'm eating. It works alright. It'd be more efficient if I tracked my calories.

Eating more than your caloric maintenance requirement is a bulk. For some reason, you think that it only counts as bulking if you're pounding down a gallon of whole milk and eating 1000 calories+ over your maintenance

You're gonna need to bulk at some point if you're a DYEL, unless you just want to spin your wheels in the mud for years and years like all the other perma-DYELs you see in the gym day in and day out.

Retards can't think long term and fail to understand that a bulk and being high bodyfat is a temporary strategy to build more muscle in the long term, and that you will look better than you did before after you cut. The truth is that it's a tradeoff to look worse in the short term, to look better in the long term
