and it's bullshit, they act all smug but there is no concrete evidence about anything in it, purposefuly "poorly" designed experiment
>>76342978>The only thing one could even make an argument for is a different frictional coefficient between the treadmill track vs asphalt/dirt/gravel/etc., but it's not a strong caseok, let me try bot:
asphalt doesn't move while u're walking on flat and u have to PROPEL yourself forward UNLIKE all these gimmicky byllshit fake walking substitutes where u just move your legs underneath you
>>76343319> Your hams don't work on a treadmillit's the gastrocnemius that is used to propel you forward while walking, gastrocnemius bends knee and ankle at the same time, it grows without fail from one thing
>calf raisesno bot, heel-hook:

>>76343452>>76343343>...and air resistance/cooling effect of sweat evaporating while moving through the airno bot, the difference is in the most obvious thing - electric engin moving "ground" beneath you LOL :D
it would be closer to natural walking pattern if the pad was spinning with little resistance and u had to move it by walking, but u'd need belt or harness to anchor yourself so that u don't just walk off the pad
